Product Description

The modular house
This product adopts the framework of light steel structure system, by using the sandwich panel as panel material and combining by the standard model machine. The steel structure components are fixed by the screw. The prefabricated house is economical in environmental protection, and can be easy to assembly and demolition, which achieved the construction concepts of common standardization for temporary building, setting environmental protection & energy saving, rapid and highly efficient building.

It is widely used in the field of Large-scale exhibition, entertainment, sports, docks, industrial and civil buildings, etc, as the temporary construction building.

2. Steel framework

   2.1 Material:
      cold rolled,welded steel profiles in a thickness of 3 to 4mm ,galvanized
      steel plate.(Steel type:Q235A)

   2.2 Surface working:
     hot galvanized in 15 ~18 μm, zinc compatible epoxy primer in a thickness
     of 30-40μm , final topcoat in a thickness of 55-65μm.

2.3 Fittings:
      8 comer fittings (dimension of corner fitting were made according to ISO
      standard 1161), with 4 pieces of internal rainwater pipe inside the frame
      for each corner post &steel made connecting plate( thickness=12mm) ,
      using for fixing the unit into the bundle.

   2.4 Forklift openings:
     2 x forklift openings in the floor framework, using for lifting up the floor
     frame(dimension: 315×110mm in a distance of 2050mm)

3 .Floor assembly
  3.1 Construction:

  plywood( thickness=18mm,waterproof 100% E0 grade,stable,moisture
  proof,mothproof, anti-fire grade B2)
   b.) Flooring
PVC flooring (thickness=1.5mm) , glued on the surface of the floor
    (flammability class B1 - hardly combustible)
   c.) Insulation
mineral wool ( thickness = 20mm ) , density = 40kg/m3.+ EPS panel
(thickness=60mm,density=12kg/m3 flash point class B flammable)
  3.2 Permitted loading: 3.0 KN/m2

  3.4 R value (Thermal Resistance) = 2.44 m2K/W

4. Roof assembly:
  4.1 Construction:
     a.) External roof cover
     flat galvanized steel sheet metal in a thickness of 0.5mm. double folded
     joint along the whole cabin length.
   b.) Insulation
     Mineral wool (thickness =60mm , density = 38-40kg/m3)
   c.) Internal ceiling
     EPS panel (thickness=40mm) with color steel plate on both side

7. Window
  7.1 Aluminium sliding : - aluminium profile with double glasses(4/9/4mm),
     be supplied with mosquito net and security window.

  7.2 Sanitary window : - PVC swing window with double obscured glasses
                        (4/9/4mm)


8. Electrical component
  8.1 Standard: To be made according to CE regulations (OPTION: US
  standard available)

  8.2 Voltage: 220 V, 50 Hz single phase (OPTION: 110V, 60 Hz available)

  8.3 Electrical cables :  Type 60227IEC53 cables of suitable dimensions
(2.5, 1.5 mm) , CE marked, flush-mounted. All cables (mount and hide
   inside the ceiling and the wall panels) run into CE certified plastic conduits.

  8.4 External power socket: CEE-connection plug/socket, 3-pole 32 A,
     220V, to be mounted on the roof frame of the short cross beam .

  8.5 Protection: protective main switch (40/2E-0,03A, brand),
     automatic fuses (C-characteristic, brand) of suitable power

  8.6 Electrical configuration:
-Electric distribution box(10 ways) , be equiped with –protective main
switch (1×40/2E-0.03A , ), breaker(1×10A & 2×16A --automatic
fuses, ).

-double fluorescent lights (Philips, 2×36W, IP65, 220V) – 2 each

-flush-mounted sockets (220 V) – 4 each

    -flush-mounted switches (220 V) – 1 each

8.7 Earthing: galvanized connector with a steel plate of dimensions
     30x80mm welded on the bottom frame
